Circuit EV Solutions Selects Chevrolet BrightDrop Vans to Power New Venture with The FRONTdoor Collective, Transforming Last-Mile Delivery

DALLAS, TEXAS — (October 7, 2025) — Today, The FRONTdoor Collective (FDC), and Circuit EV Solutions (CEV) announced a groundbreaking strategic alliance, which provides a comprehensive, scalable end-to-end last-mile delivery solution for retailers, shippers, and carriers nationwide.

This alliance officially launched in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, providing Target with a dedicated electric last-mile delivery service for the region with deployment of 50 electric vehicles. This represents an important step in supporting The FRONTdoor Collective’s objectives, transforming last-mile logistics with zero-tailpipe emissions fleets, advanced charging infrastructure, and proven delivery expertise.

Solving the Last-Mile Scalability Problem

For years, the ability to scale last mile delivery has been hindered by two major challenges:

Outside of Amazon, the push for green delivery solutions has also been delayed by the lack of charging infrastructure and a reliable vehicle manufacturer. This solution eliminates these barriers by combining:

  1. Chevrolet BrightDrop electric vans are purpose built for last-mile delivery. The 2025 Chevy BrightDrop offers best-in-class available GM-estimated 272 miles combined range (1), large cargo capacity, less maintenance and reduced total cost of use. For delivery service providers, this can help translate to higher margins and more time back in the day.
  2. Circuit EV Solutions’ development and management of a robust charging infrastructure and fleet support network at its own dedicated depots, combined with its selection of readily available all-electric Chevy BrightDrop vans, with more than 20 standard safety (2) and driver-assistance features. .
  3. The FRONTdoor Collective’s nationwide franchise network of experienced Amazon DSPs and FedEx ISPs, ensuring immediate access to highly trained, experienced last-mile delivery professionals.

This powerful combination means high-capacity electric delivery at scale is now possible — not years away.

“Electric, last-mile delivery solutions can help drive business efficiencies for our customers, including lower operating costs and maintenance costs,” said Ian Hucker, vice president, GM Envolve. “Circuit selected our purpose-built Chevrolet BrightDrop electric delivery vans to gain those advantages and to get the job done safely and reliably.”

“This alliance removes the historic roadblocks to electrifying last-mile delivery,” added Dan Bourgault, CEO at The FRONTdoor Collective. “With the launch of this comprehensive solution, we now have the vehicles and infrastructure, and the trained workforce ready to go. Going Green is now a very smart business decision.”

“We’re building the infrastructure backbone that makes high-volume electric delivery possible nationwide,” said Adam Greenberg, CEO at Circuit EV Solutions. “By ensuring fleets have the charging support they need, we’re removing the final barrier to true EV scalability in last-mile logistics.”
